Program A: This is the most carefree program for the seller. Bellaire Auto Brokers will provide a turn-key sale to include the following services:
All offers will be promptly presented to the seller. Bellaire Auto Brokers will receive a commission of 10% of the sales price. A marketing fee of $3.33 per day and a detail fee of $ 125.00 will be charged if the vehicle does not sell. |
Program B: This program works well for the seller that wishes to participate in the cost of preparing the vehicle for sale and save on the commission rate. Bellaire Auto Brokers will provide a turn-key sale to include the following services.
All offers will be promptly presented to the seller. The seller will pay an “ON FEE” of $295.00 and Bellaire Auto Brokers will receive a commission of 5% of the sales price. |
Program C: This program is perfect for the seller that is in need of funds to purchase a new vehicle. Bellaire Auto Brokers and the seller will enter into a partnership where Bellaire Auto Brokers will pay an amount agreed to by both parties for the vehicle. Bellaire Auto Brokers will then market and sell the vehicle and will equally share with the seller the sales amount over the advanced payment. |
